I walk wearing Clog shoes of Crocs ; does walking in sport shoes like Nike or Adidas is better. I just want to know, which is better . Clog shoes of Crocs are extra ordinary comfortable for walking . But let say if I go for walk with Nike or Adidas shoes , will I be able to take more steps in less time . I have to do research on this particular aspect , that as a person I am interested in comfortable walk for a longer time or I want to complete maximum steps in shorter time ; which is kind of brisk walk . Still I am not sure , that with Nike or Adidas, I will be able to complete maximum steps in a short time duration . I have to do a personal experiment on my own .

For last two days , I am taking more than 10,000 steps . In future , may be I will be able to complete 15,000 steps also . It’s not too difficult for me to complete even 15,000 steps also in one day . I started MOOV spray for my right knee and right ankle sprain . It’s helping me a lot .

I started liking the word ” priority ” . Priority means , what’s look important to you . What you feel good about . Then another two words , which I started feeling good about is ” Individualistic ” and ” Personal Choices ” . That means , as an individual, everybody is different from each other and everybody has different personal choices . How you feel about the world is quiet different from others , and believe me you are a different person . You should respect your choices , you should respect your way of thinking . You are important for your ownself and for your loved ones . You should not compare yourself with other’s , you should not compete if you have limitations . I am doing research on various exercises and yoga to include in my routine . I will very soon start exercises and yoga also . I am developing love for exercises and yoga to include in my routine .

I am eating Idlis , Soup of tomato and bottle gourd , pulses , healthy vegetarian sandwich , homemade grinded dip of corriander , tomato and onion ; and Cranberry Juice . I have permanently left milk based black tea , milk based coffee and Green Tea . I am trying to avoid dried spices as much as possible . I am avoiding dried spices in my diet . I am taking natural and fresh spice like Corriander . Rest my diet is kind of Indian Keto diet , the side effect of which is gastritis and I already have moderate to severe gastritis ; but it is helping me to loose weight .

I started weight measurements from 20th May , 2023 and Today is 26th May , 2023 . I lost 3.2 kg of total . And the difference between yesterday and today is 1.2 kg . To conclude , I lost 3.2 kg in 6 days . The reason for rapid loss could be because I am taking sour and keto diets like tomatoes , corriander , bottle gourd etc . I already have moderate to severe gastritis , for which I met a Gastroenterologist also . I should not eat sour or keto diets but I still I am eating , it’s my mistake . Soon , I am planning to start my treatment of moderate to severe gastritis , as because I love sour items and keto diets , which are helping me to loose weight. That means , I like tomatoes , corriander and even onion ; and I donot want to leave them ; but I am comfortable with the treatment of severe gastritis . My blood pressure today is 102/66 and heart rate is 88 . My blood pressure is falling down . I need to discuss this issue also that why my blood pressure is decreasing day by day , the reason could be I am not checking it through manual blood pressure monitor . But still OMRON wrist blood pressure monitor give correct values . My blood pressure is normal but it’s decreasing every day .

Today I took 8049 steps in the morning , my target was 10, 000 steps . I was able to take much better steps than before because of good climate and good weather and proper sleep . For last seven days outside , it was too hot ; but yesterday there was rain in the evening ; because of which weather changed and I felt too good . No doubt good sleep was also one of the factor for taking more steps . When the weather is hot , I have to drink Ice water to feel motivated . But today something strange happened that I took very less water , as because weather was good . The credit card for better steps than before goes to good climate and good weather . To conclude , I think good climate and good weather are the biggest motivator for walking . However , one cannot miss the importance of good music , good sleep and cold water .

I am thinking about future , when one day , everything will ok . I am thinking about future , which by the grace of God will be good . I am thinking about the word ” sacrifice ” . I am thinks about who is ” good ” ; and who is right . I am thinking about the word ” mania ” . I am thinking about the word ” fast life ” . I am thinking about the word ” white collar jobs ” . Nothing is related to me . If I leave the earth today , still everything will continue , the way it’s going on . Is ” survival ” difficuilt . Answer is ” no ” . May be you are at a wrong place . There is something which suits you ; but you donot know , where it is . Life is good and life is easy , but may be you are at a wrong place and wrong environment . Life is a lesson , each and every step you learn things . Donot compare , donot compete , just go for putting your sincere efforts . Who is more fortunate on earth ? Who is more blessed ? The biggest truth of life is , one day you have to leave . To me , the richest person on earth is a person , who can understand somebody weakness and limitations. My favorite sentence is ” Materialism has no end ” . Help those , who cannot help themselves should be the purpose of life .
Describe your morning , and your health status . ?
I just recorded my Blood Pressure it’s 110/72 and my heart rate is 84 . Then weighted myself found there was a 1.6 kg loss . I don’t understand how all this happening ; sometimes in one day , I loss 1 to 1.5 kg and next day I gain 1 to 1.5 kg . Recently I purchased a book on Amazon Kindle Audible , through one credit , it’s based on Intermittent Fasting , it’s written by a very famous and renowned doctor of North America . I am developing interest in doing research on this topic ” Intermittent Fasting ” . I think , answer to my many questions is ” Intermittent Fasting ” . I wish to know more about this topic from health point of view . Rest, in the morning I took around 6000 steps . I will increase the whole day target to 10,000 today . I have plans to complete 10,000 steps by walking also in the evening . The problem I am facing is hot temperature of outside . The weather now a days is little bit hot . Hot temperatures decrease the motivation . Believe me today I lost 1.5 kg ; I don’t understand the reasons for such fluctuations. In my future , I have plans to include some exercises also in my routine . I will also include yoga and exercises in my routine . Music and Cold water are very good motivators for my walking . Today I have plan to make a new Playlist for walking ; which no doubt , will also help me in driving . As a person , I found listening to music is , one of my hobby . It makes me happy . My favorite music apps are YouTube music premium , Spotify and DFIM . Music is a very good motivator like Cold water . Cold water is very important because of hot temperatures at present . Cold water is a motivator . To conclude I want to do research on this topic ” Intermittent Fasting ” ; Increase the target of walking to 10000 steps ; make a new Playlist for walking and driving .
