Today I took 8049 steps in the morning , my target was 10, 000 steps . I was able to take much better steps than before because of good climate and good weather and proper sleep . For last seven days outside , it was too hot ; but yesterday there was rain in the evening ; because of which weather changed and I felt too good . No doubt good sleep was also one of the factor for taking more steps . When the weather is hot , I have to drink Ice water to feel motivated . But today something strange happened that I took very less water , as because weather was good . The credit card for better steps than before goes to good climate and good weather . To conclude , I think good climate and good weather are the biggest motivator for walking . However , one cannot miss the importance of good music , good sleep and cold water .
