I woke up at 6 am , my phone was not charged . So I kept it on charging . I tried to find my other phone . So finally , I went to second floor at around 7:30 am ; outside temperature was little hot . I got a lesson that , it’s better to walk in the early morning before 7 am or 6 am , as because things become hotter with time , and then it further decreases the motivation . For unknown reasons , which cannot be explained ; I like walking seeing the sky . In my subconscious mind , I like natural environments . Little cold is better for walking that’s the time before 6 am or 6:30 am . Cold water also acts like a motivation for walking in summers . Today I realised the importance of time of walking in summer season . I had water but it was not cold . I realised the importance of cold water in summers . At 8 :30 am , I ate three sliced cucumbers . Then at 12 : 30 pm , I had two healthy natural vegetable sandwiches and a bowl of pulses vegetable soup with some Idlis . From 12:30 pm to 7 pm ; I just had may be two biscuits , 2 to 3 cucumbers or may be I had 50 ml of cranberry juice . At 7pm ; I had three Idlis with coconut chutney. Now may be between 10 pm to 11 pm ; I will have a sandwich and 70 ml cranberry juice with Ice .
How Mint Newspaper is related to what I eat ? Just Correlate .
Yesterday I wrote a blog post about my diet plan for today . I mentioned that I will take a pulses vegetable soup at 4:30 pm ( today ) . Now just because of this at 3:24 am ; a news is published in Mint Newspaper which is related to Elections in Turkey . Believe me , there is no delusion of grandiose . I am writing truth or false , anybody can confirm from the editors of Mint Newspaper . And I just want to know ; how whatever is happening is related to Lok Sabha Speaker of India .
60 percent of unnatural Hungar drive is linked to mental fatigue and thirst or dehydration .
In the hot or humid weather of India ; if a person walks for 2 to 6 km to visit a shop on road , first he has to face to traffic, then he sweats because of hot weather , and common man also does not understand the meaning of humidity ; and its effect on body . Let say that person does not have a will power and mind control ; usually because of all this , a person focuses on high calorie food which has a high amount of salt , sugar and oil ; for example snacks and junk food . This is just an example to illustrate that 50 to 60 percent of our hunger pangs or urges are related to thirst or dehydration and mental fatigue or kind of mental stress . You go to the market and come back , and see how many steps you have taken on your smart watch and then also see how many calories you have burnt. Usually the answer will be that you have taken around 5000 to 9000 steps and the calories burnt are around maximum of 400 . Now if you eat a samosa in the market , then one samosa is around 350 calories as per the scientific literature . So , by visiting market , especially by walking , you are burning maximum of 400 calories but when you eat a samosa in the market , you are taking around 400 Calories .
What’s your diet plan for tomorrow?
Morning ; 2 to 3 Idlis with green tea . Will add zero calorie sweetner to green tea . May be I can also eat a biscuit or fruit at this time . I donot know , I like something sweet with my meals like fruit or biscuit . I have some inclination toward sweet , even if in a small amount .
At around 2 pm in the afternoon , I will have two healthy vegetable sandwiches ; may be with some juice .
At 4 : 30 pm ; I will take water based vegetable pulses soup . Water is God , as per Naturopathy for help . 50 percent of our hunger is related to our thirst or kind of dehydration . Again , I will also take some fruit or biscuit or some juice with it .
At 8:30 or 9pm ; I will eat something , which is healthy but I donot have any plan for it .
In between , if I feel Hungary ; I will eat some raw cucumber or drink water or may be have some fruit or biscuit .
In the afternoon , there is just a gap of 2:30 hours , because , when I come back from Delhi to Gurgaon , driving through my car ; I develop lot of mental fatigue and then I feel Hungary ; still I will try to focus on low calories .
I will also follow less salt , less sugar , less oil and less spicy diet ; all this helps .
I have permenantly left milk based coffee and milk based black tea ; I have switched to water based green tea with zero calorie sweetner . I have plan to take not more than two green tea per day .
Describe your 2nd day of weight loss journey ? Its just the second day .
I woke up at 6 am . I went to second floor of my home for walking . I was not able to complete my steps , as because I recieved a call from the Lab Tests Guy . After that I undergone a battery of Lab Tests . Between 12 pm to 1pm ; I had few Idlis with Dal ( Pulses) . Then I tried for fasting till 5 pm . In between I ate two cucumbers . But I was feeling too Hungary for unknown reasons . I decided to eat some cabbage potato sandwich between 5 pm to 7 pm . I ate 2 to 3 , small healthy vegetable sandwich . Still I was feeling Hungary . I tried to find the reason , why I am feeling too Hungary . I did not find any answer . But I found a way to get rid of hunger drives . As per my personal research , the world best food for my fasting is water based vegetable pulses soup . Pulses does not increase uric acid because they are not just proteins ; more than 50 percent they are carbohydrate . Its a wrong thinking that pulses are full of proteins and it increases the uric acid . Answer is ” no ” ; more than 50 percent is carbohydrates in pulses . Water is God as per Naturopathy . The food through which I can fast for maximum number of hours is water based pulses vegetable soup . This particular food will help me the most in my weight loss journey . Otherwise I had two biscuits and an apple for sweet . Thanks to God for this . I will write about the third day tomorrow.

I feel good about spaces or kind of less congestion and ventilated areas and natural things like trees . I have subconscious likings for Spacious , Ventilated and Natural things . Facilities attached to Spacious , Ventilated and Natural things looks to great to me or what makes the difference . My dream world is something which is modern and latest but at the same time which is quiet natural , spacious and ventilated .
Extra money or Personal good health ; choose one .
No doubt money is very important for life ; however , working on personal good health looks good to me or sometimes , it’s kind of priority for me .
Hypothetical Situation .
Question : Tell us about your interests which may be related to your future professional goals ?
Answer : Ageing , Health Informatics , Clinical Research , Preventive Medicine , Integrative Medicine , Internal Medicine , Mental Health , Healthcare Management. I have interest in diseases , which are related to Lifestyle ; for example sedentary . My subspecialty interest is in Integrative Healthcare or kind of Integrative medicine . In management, I feel good about Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals . I feel good about working in a city . A good city is my preference . Good workplace is more important than the location of the workplace ; one can easily drive or take a metro or commute by any other way .
Donot regret if you missed something today ; focus on weekly and monthly plan . ( Natural Food and Physical Activity . ) Explain with real life example .
Natural food items are good like eating fresh vegetables , fresh fruits , pulses vegetable soup , fresh juices etc . But in our real life , because of work pressure , time constraints and our moral or social obligations, things donot happen , the way , they should happen . We should not regret for one or few days ; our goal should be a weekly or monthly plan for eating natural food and doing physical activity . For example , today when I reached my work place ; I was feeling Hungary and nothing natural or healthy was available; so I just had a samosa with coke or Coco cola . Now donot regret and feel ashamed because you were not able to stick to your plan because of circumstances. Go with a flow , you have to adjust but at the same time , it will be great if you buy a calendar or personal diary for making a weekly a monthly plan . Just one , two or few days are not important, what matters is the consistency and weekly , monthly and year plans to see the real change in health . Three days of physical activity in a week is better than doing physical activity without any plan .
