If you compare ; physical activity with intake of low calorie food for the weight Loss journey ; physical activity burns very less calories and consume more time in comparison to eating low calorie food . Now the question is , then why physical activity is important . Let’s discuss the importance of physical activity. Physical activity improves overall functioning of all the body organs , which gives you a better health and sleep . Its a hypothetical example to explain the importance of physical activity; there was an overweight person with high blood pressure , diabetes , hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian disease . She started doing physical activity and after six months , she found her blood pressure , diabetes , hypothyroidism and polycystic ovarian disease got better . Just look , there was no significant weight Loss but her health problems got better . To conclude, eating low calorie food just lead to weight loss but doing physical activity, a person can get rid of chronic health problems without significant weight loss . In physical activity, weight loss may be less but there is an overall improvement of health with an added advantage of getting rid of chronic health problems.
Will Power , Mind Control and Failures of both .
It was 11 am , and I thought , I will go for a two hour fast . In the beginning, I just decided for two hours , because usually small goals are easily achievable. Now I thought of doing three hours fast ; which may be difficult for some people . Here I would like to talk about , how to overcome the failures . Let say I start at 11 am ; then I called some body on phone or I started talking to somebody in real life ; I developed little bit mental stress or kind of mental fatigue ; now in this case ; I can go for a glass of water or may be two glasses of water . Now it’s 12 pm . At 12:30 pm , I switched on my television and started concentrating on a news channel ; again I developed mental fatigue because of concentration ; in this case , my will power and mind control failed to maintain fasting ; so I can go for a raw cucumber or may be a apple or guava ; which are low calorie foods and if fruits are not available because of any reason , I can go for just two biscuits . Now it’s 1 pm and it’s the last hour i.e 1pm to 2pm and I got a call to travel from one place to other ; at 1:30 pm , I reached my destination with lot of mental exhaustion and hunger ; in that case still focus on low calorie foods like a cup of soup or may be a low calorie healthy natural vegetable sandwich . To conclude ; while maintaining a healthy lifestyle or working on weight Loss , sometimes will power and mind control fails ; still in that case also try to focus on low calories like two glasses of water , two biscuits , raw fruit or raw vegetable or low calorie soup or low calorie healthy natural vegetable sandwich .
Real life example ; Usually what happens .
When I drove back from hospital to home or from any other place to home ; I feel tired and Hungary . Now just look at the real exact picture in relation to calories . When I travel from one place to another and drive by my own ; the calories burnt are very few or less in comparison to mental stress because of other things . When I drive , for one hour and twenty minutes ; I have to remain concentrated and attentive ; which result in mental exhaustion ; but there is no such physical activity. Reaching home , I feel too Hungary and I try to eat a big or large meal . To conclude ; most of the times our craving for extra calories is related to mind and is not based on what kind of physical activity , we are doing or how much calories we are burning .
Green Tea
I just had a cup of green tea ; no sugar ; no milk ; just made with a sachet of green tea and hot water . It has very less caffeine . I had a habit of taking excessive milk based coffee and milk based black tea . From today , I am leaving that ; I am switching to water based green tea ; with no sugar and no milk .

Natural Raw Fruits and Vegetables .
Mini Meals with a strict watch on calories intake . Mini meals at regular intervals is better than taking a large meal at one time .
Decrease caffeine intakes ; will decrease frequency and amount of coffee or tea ; will also switch to water based green tea without milk .
Mini meals may include ; Idlis , Healthy Natural Vegetable Sandwich , Fruit Juice , Vegetable and Pulses Soup , Khaman or Dhokla etc . There is a moderate restriction for sugar , salt and oil in the meals . Prefer less spicy for good gastrointestinal health . Less spicy food helps in the long run .

Raw and natural fruits and vegetables .
Vegetable and Pulses soup with less salt and oil .
Less tea and Less Coffee ; decreasing the frequency and amount . Decrease caffeine Intake .
Will start Green Tea , made with just water ; no milk .
Small meals ; leave eating large meals at one time . Small meals at frequent intervals is better than taking a large meal at one time .
Idli”s without sambhar is good .

To conclude , my diet plan is natural raw food , mini meals with watch on calorie intake
7000 steps / 220 Calories
Walking , Yoga and Swimming are my favorite physical activities . In my future , one of my dream is to join a health club which has a swimming pool ( Clean and Decent ) . Today in the morning , I took 7000 steps and burnt just 220 Calories . I am not in a hurry for weight Loss . Weight Loss can solve my 80 percent of the problems ; still I am not interested in working for immediate and urgent weight Loss . My eighty percent of the problems can go away with weight Loss ; I am writing truth , still I am not in a hurry ; just think why ; it’s a very important question .
