I am eating Idlis , Soup of tomato and bottle gourd , pulses , healthy vegetarian sandwich , homemade grinded dip of corriander , tomato and onion ; and Cranberry Juice . I have permanently left milk based black tea , milk based coffee and Green Tea . I am trying to avoid dried spices as much as possible . I am avoiding dried spices in my diet . I am taking natural and fresh spice like Corriander . Rest my diet is kind of Indian Keto diet , the side effect of which is gastritis and I already have moderate to severe gastritis ; but it is helping me to loose weight .
