How was weight loss journey today ?

I woke up at 6 am , my phone was not charged . So I kept it on charging . I tried to find my other phone . So finally , I went to second floor at around 7:30 am ; outside temperature was little hot . I got a lesson that , it’s better to walk in the early morning before 7 am or 6 am , as because things become hotter with time , and then it further decreases the motivation . For unknown reasons , which cannot be explained ; I like walking seeing the sky . In my subconscious mind , I like natural environments . Little cold is better for walking that’s the time before 6 am or 6:30 am . Cold water also acts like a motivation for walking in summers . Today I realised the importance of time of walking in summer season . I had water but it was not cold . I realised the importance of cold water in summers . At 8 :30 am , I ate three sliced cucumbers . Then at 12 : 30 pm , I had two healthy natural vegetable sandwiches and a bowl of pulses vegetable soup with some Idlis . From 12:30 pm to 7 pm ; I just had may be two biscuits , 2 to 3 cucumbers or may be I had 50 ml of cranberry juice . At 7pm ; I had three Idlis with coconut chutney. Now may be between 10 pm to 11 pm ; I will have a sandwich and 70 ml cranberry juice with Ice .
