What’s your diet plan for tomorrow?

Morning ; 2 to 3 Idlis with green tea . Will add zero calorie sweetner to green tea . May be I can also eat a biscuit or fruit at this time . I donot know , I like something sweet with my meals like fruit or biscuit . I have some inclination toward sweet , even if in a small amount .

At around 2 pm in the afternoon , I will have two healthy vegetable sandwiches ; may be with some juice .

At 4 : 30 pm ; I will take water based vegetable pulses soup . Water is God , as per Naturopathy for help . 50 percent of our hunger is related to our thirst or kind of dehydration . Again , I will also take some fruit or biscuit or some juice with it .

At 8:30 or 9pm ; I will eat something , which is healthy but I donot have any plan for it .

In between , if I feel Hungary ; I will eat some raw cucumber or drink water or may be have some fruit or biscuit .

In the afternoon , there is just a gap of 2:30 hours , because , when I come back from Delhi to Gurgaon , driving through my car ; I develop lot of mental fatigue and then I feel Hungary ; still I will try to focus on low calories .

I will also follow less salt , less sugar , less oil and less spicy diet ; all this helps .

I have permenantly left milk based coffee and milk based black tea ; I have switched to water based green tea with zero calorie sweetner . I have plan to take not more than two green tea per day .
