Real life example ; Usually what happens .

When I drove back from hospital to home or from any other place to home ; I feel tired and Hungary . Now just look at the real exact picture in relation to calories . When I travel from one place to another and drive by my own ; the calories burnt are very few or less in comparison to mental stress because of other things . When I drive , for one hour and twenty minutes ; I have to remain concentrated and attentive ; which result in mental exhaustion ; but there is no such physical activity. Reaching home , I feel too Hungary and I try to eat a big or large meal . To conclude ; most of the times our craving for extra calories is related to mind and is not based on what kind of physical activity , we are doing or how much calories we are burning .
