How was your day in relation to health and fitness? Describe your latest developments?

Today I spent time on healthy cooking . I made soup by boiling water , slices of bottle gourd , slices of tomato , pinch of salt and one table spoon of extra virgin olive oil . Tomorrow, I will go for tooth extraction; after that for may be half a day , I have to take liquid diet . So , the soup will help me . I started concentrating on right values to reach exact goals ; for example making a diary for various health related goals . I think , this a good habit . Indian diet even if vegetarian is kind of keto diet . I am fond of eating curd or yogurt , healthy soups , healthy sandwich , cranberry juice etc . Its more of keto diet . I donot know the side effects of keto diet . I already told and mentioned that I left milk based coffee and black tea . But today , something strange happened , even I did not have the green tea also . I think in the long run , cranberry juice will replace green tea also . This is because , I did not have time to make the green tea . And cranberry juice , you just have to pour into the glass with some Ice cubes . Today I found a apparatus on Google Play ; which is related to Intermittent fasting . That is fine . But it’s my personal viewpoint that , I donot like skipping meals . In that apparatus, it’s mentioned that you try to skip breakfast or you try to skip lunch or you try to skip dinner . I donot like it and even I donot support it , the idea of skipping meals . What I found great is taking small meals but at regular intervals . My idea is you can count the total number of calories per day and subtract the calories burnt by physical activities but donot skip meals , take small meals at regular intervals . I want to discuss my another mistake . In my last few blog posts , I mentioned that physical activity burns less calories ; as compared to fasting or eating less calories . I was wrong and may be not fully educated about this particular thing . Because there could be many types of physical activity; which we can add in our routine ; and which have the power to burn huge amount of calories for example dancing . Even dancing for 30 minutes has the power to burn a large number of calories . So , I was mistaken and quiet unaware about the power of physical activity . Rest I purchased a weighing machine which through Bluetooth sync with an apparatus on Google Play . I am confident that from tomorrow, I will concentrate on my progress in my weight loss journey . I want to know the side effects of Indian keto diet as I regularly take Indian Keto diet which consist of curd or yogurt , vegetable soups , healthy sandwich, cranberry juice , Idlis . I donot know if these things belong to Indian Keto diet . Another thing which I donot understand is how belly fat is different from fats on other parts of body . Some people just work for decreasing belly fat . Now my question is how does decreasing overall body weight is different from exclusively working on belly fat . I wish to know the answer from health point of view . To conclude, I donot understand, how does working for overall body weight is different from just concentrating on decreasing belly fat . I am looking for some kind of scientific answer .
