Cucumbers are helping . I need advice . Is there any other vegetable , like cucumber, which I can eat raw . Fresh green vegetables are helping me the most . Whenever I feel Hungary ; first I try to eat some green fresh vegetable like cucumber. Today I ate around 6 to 8 cucumbers. In future , I will also find some other fresh vegetables, which I can eat raw . Bottle gourd is excellent for mixing with pulses to make a pulses vegetable soup . To conclude what I feel is that , my answer for weight loss lies in concentrating on fresh vegetables with salt , spices , sugar and oil restrictions. Pulses give strength to fast for a longer duration . Something sweet in between like cranberry juice , fruit or biscuit ; help the mood . In summers , sixty percent of hunger is thirst . Still we lack motivation for drinking water ; put ice or start with some juice ; act like a motivation for drinking water . One of the most important aspect in weight loss journey is motivation. Water is God for health , as per Naturopathy. I want to write my personal experience which is related to motivation for drinking water ; first I try to fill my glass or cup with some Ice cubes , then I put some cranberry juice , may be just around 70 ml . This act like a motivation for drinking . Once I finish 70 ml of cold cranberry juice , I try to take 5 to 6 glasses of water with the left Ice Cubes . Hope I am able to explain that Ice cubes and just 70 ml of cranberry juice act like a motivator ; further taking 5 to 6 glasses of water with left Ice cubes acts like a detox for whole body. There are two types of motivation on earth ; one is when you feel good about something and second is like a punishment or kind of fear of rejection or fear of death . For example ; you are drinking water because initially you want to taste the cold cranberry juice ; so ice and cranberry juice acts like a motivator for you . Now let say , your doctor advises you for getting rid of diseases ; then its looks like an order for good health , which is kind of motivator . To conclude , motivation and motivators ; sometimes are very important for things to happens ; so try to find your own motivators for things to happen ; why things are not happening ; it’s just because you lack motivation.
